Mentioned Schedule is tentative may change according to circumstances, activities and events may be postponed or cancelled due to annual sunction, national festivals etc.
Responsibility of all arrangements of the activities/events and compititation will be on respective incharges.
Program incharges kindly submit your written work to the principal one week before if required in the event/activity.
Absestism / leave on the program day will be considered negligence and suitable disciplinary action may be taken.
In the class-wise events, class teachers will take care in different classes and over all supervision will be taken care by program incharges.
Names of the participants should come to the incharges on the next dayof the previous activity.
If the incharges are class teachers,their arrangements / susbstitution will be made.
